Privacy Policy

Effective as of April 1, 2026

Your privacy is extremely important to us. To better protect you, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make regarding how your information is collected and used.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by EstimMate Limited company (hereinafter referred to in this Privacy Policy as “EstimMate.ai” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through your use of our website and Services, features, browser extensions, integrations, APIs, mobile or desktop applications, information available on our website or app, or when you otherwise interact with us. If you do not agree with our use of your personal data as described in this policy, please do not use the EstimMate.ai Service.

Scope of this Privacy Policy

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not govern all information that EstimMate.ai may process. This Privacy Policy is also incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service. Any capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy that are not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service. In all cases, we aim to be transparent with our clients and to protect the privacy of your data.

What information do we collect?

You will need to create an account to use certain features of the EstimMate.ai Service. If you choose to create an account, you will be required to provide us with information (including personal and non-personal information). Additionally, we may receive your personal information from you if you identify yourself by sending us emails with questions or comments. Depending on how you use the EstimMate.ai Service, we collect two types of information: personal information and non-personal information.

Personal Information

Personal information identifies you or may be used to identify or contact you. Examples of personal information may include your name, IP address, company name, job title, address, email address, telephone number, as well as payment and credit card information.

Non-Personal Information

Non-Personal information is information that, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you. It may include demographic information (for example, age, profession, company industry, gender, current location, or postal code), IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and statistical data related to the use of the EstimMate.ai Service. Certain non-personal information may be considered part of your personal information if it is combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your postal code with your address) in a way that enables your identification. However, the same information may be considered non-personal information when considered alone or combined only with other non-personal information (for example, your account settings).

Why do we need your personal data?

We do not sell any data, including your personal data. We will collect and process your personal data only in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We need to collect and process certain personal data in order to provide you with access to EstimMate.ai If you register with us, you will be asked to tick the appropriate box confirming your consent to provide such data for access to our Service. This consent provides us with the legal basis required by applicable law to process your data. You retain the right to withdraw such consent at any time.
